Method
Roast
- Pre heat the oven to 180°C fan assisted or 200°C without a fan (gas 6)
- Place the pigs in blankets onto a roasting tray
- Roast for 12-15 minutes until the bacon is crisp & caramelised & the sausages thoroughly cooked.
to serve:
Serve with your festive roast, or pass around as a pre-dinner snack.
